The situation
A studio operating since 1987 with a website carrying years of legacy damage — dead WordPress URLs throwing soft-404s, no analytics installed, a permanently closed second location still indexed, and thin service pages that Google could see but wouldn't reward.
What we did
Full technical remediation: HTTPS enforcement, 15 legacy URL redirects mapped and deployed, one 410 Gone for the closed location, GA4 installed from scratch, LocalBusiness schema, rewritten titles and metas across six service pages, and two new landing pages built to capture unserved demand.
